Declutter Your Home and Rooms
In your home, it is a good idea to remove all personal items you do not want to show in the photos. Open blinds and curtains, remove dust or dirt from windows, hide toys, moving boxes, pet supplies, and feeders, and remove decorations that aren't neutral, like large blankets, sports memorabilia, etc.
Below is a list for some common problem areas.
In the Bathroom, Remove:
Toothbrushes
Hair dryers, Irons, Etc.
Shavers, Razors Etc.
Place New Towels
Remove Personal Items From Bath/Shower
In the Kitchen, Remove
Excess Appliances
Toasters, Air Fryers, Etc.
Dishes, Pots, and Pans
Clear Stove Top
Garbage, Bins
NOTE: Remove items from cluttered areas whenever possible
In the Bedroom
Beds are Made Neatly
Pillows are Fluffed
Clean Window Covers
NOTE: We only shoot walk-in-Closets unless otherwise requested.
Drive-ways:
Remove all Cars
Remove Garbage Cans
Landscaping & Lawns:
Rake Leaves
Cut Grass
Trim Bushes
Remove Yard Clippings
Remove Yard Equipment & Toys
Pools & Jacuzzis:
Turn on Lights & Water Pumps/Jets
The deck is Staged and Clean
Hide/Remove Toys

The photographer may, in some cases, adjust some small items to make the photos more appealing. However, they cannot move large items. Homes will be photographed as they are. Please do your best to prep the home before your photographer arrives.
